Cancellation & refund policy

Straightforward from day one.

One-month trial

New advertisers begin with a one-month trial at the agreed monthly rate. During the trial, an advertiser may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, notice period, or obligation to continue.

Six-month term

If service continues past the trial, the advertiser service agreement converts to a six-month term at the same monthly rate, beginning on the first day of the second month of service. Once that term begins, the advertiser is responsible for all monthly fees for the balance of the term if it withdraws early, except as otherwise required by law.

Renewal and refunds

After the six-month term, service renews month-to-month unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. Monthly fees are due in advance. No refund is issued for the current month in progress after cancellation. Payment more than 10 days late may result in suspension from that month’s mailer without a refund.
