Our service

New Resident Connect includes advertisers in a monthly co-op direct-mail piece for new homeowners and renters in the territory stated in the advertiser service agreement. Subject to the agreement and current payment status, an advertiser receives category-exclusive placement: we do not feature a directly competing business in that category in the same monthly mailer during the term.

Advertising content

Advertisers provide complete and accurate artwork, logos, offers, and business details by the deadline we communicate each month, typically the 5th. New Resident Connect is not responsible for a missed placement caused by late or incomplete advertiser content.

Fees and payment

The monthly rate, territory, and term are set in the advertiser service agreement. Fees are due monthly in advance, on or before the first of each month, by the payment method on file. Payment more than 10 days late may result in suspension from that month’s mailer without a refund.

Delivery and results

After each monthly mailing, we provide a delivery summary showing the number of pieces mailed to the territory. We do not guarantee sales, leads, or any particular business result.

Liability and relationship

New Resident Connect’s total liability under an advertiser service agreement is limited to the fees paid by the advertiser in the month giving rise to the claim. New Resident Connect and each advertiser are independent parties; the agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
